REQUIREMENTS

Admissions based on 12th grade results in high school transcripts:

Nursing major: as regulated by the Ministry of Education and Training

Other majors: Candidates need to meet 3 (three) following requirements:

• The total average score in Grade 12 of 3 subjects in the subject combination used for admission is at least 18.;
• The overall GPA of Grade 12 is at least 6.0;
• Achieved at least Good Conduct in Grade 12

Admissions based on academic results from 5 semesters (grade 10: semesters 1 & 2, grade 11: semesters 1 & 2, grade 12: semester 1):

Nursing major: as regulated by the Ministry of Education and Training

Other majors: Candidates need to meet 3 (three) following requirements:

• The total average score in 5 semesters of the subjects in the subject combination used for admission is at least 18 (*);
• The overall GPA of 5 semesters is at least 6.0;
• Achieved at least Good Conduct in Grade 11

(*) Example of calculating the average score of 5 semesters for Math:

Grade point average of 5 semesters = [average in 1st semester, 10th grade + average in 2nd semester, 10th grade + average in 1st semester, 11th grade + average in 2nd semester, 11th grade + average in 1st semester, 12th grade]/5

Same calculation for other subjects.

DOCUMENTS RECEIVING PERIOD

Batch 1: from March 1, 2022 to end of July 2, 2022

Candidates must submit a provisional high school graduation certificate, or high school diploma with high school transcripts before July 2, 2022.

Batch 2: from July 3, 2022 to end of July 16, 2022

Batch 3: from July 17, 2022 to end of July 30, 2022

Batch 4: from August 1, 2022 to end of August 6, 2022

Batch 5: from August 8, 2022 to end of August 13, 2022

EIU announces admission only to candidates who have graduated from high school.

EIU will organize the next batches of admissions if the quota is still available.

The timelines for receiving applications and announcing the admission results can be adjusted according to actual time when the Ministry of Education and Training announces the results of the high school graduation exam in 2022.

APPLICATION DOCUMENTS

• Application form for admission (EIU form);
• Certified copy of high school transcript;
• Certified copy of the provisional high school graduation certificate for candidates graduating from high school in 2022;
• Certified copy of High School Diploma for candidates graduating from high school before 2022;
• Evidence of priority status (if applicable) based on the Ministry of Education and Training regulations.

REQUIREMENTS

As regulated and guided by Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City.

TIME TO RECEIVE DOCUMENTS

EIU will announce the admission time after candidates have the results of the National University Ho Chi Minh City Competency Assessment exam.

PAPERS FOR ADMISSION

• Application form for admission (EIU form)
• A certified copy of the score card of the National University HCMC Competence Assessment exam in 2022 (the original will be submitted when the candidate is admitted and confirmed for admission);
• Certified copy of the provisional high school graduation certificate;
• Evidence to enjoy priorities (if any) as regulated by the Ministry of Education and Training.
